Ester will personally meet you nearby on arrival (as the house can be hard to locate) and guide you to the villa. She’ll show you around, answer any questions, and ensure you’re comfortably settled in. After that, you’ll be left in complete privacy, but help is always available if you need assistance. The house contains a comprehensive information pack with local recommendations and emergency contacts.
