We do not collect personal information about users of this website except to the limited extent through the use of cookies, which is described below. However, there are circumstances in which you may choose to give us personal information. The information we collect includes your name, email address and phone number.

 

The purpose for which we use your personal data is to contact you regarding your enquiries, provide information about our services, and to process your booking of our rental property. After you have booked Casalone, we will contact you as appropriate to help plan your stay, to arrange to meet you on arrival, to support you during your visit if required, and to follow up with you after your holiday for your feedback.

 

We may also use data to improve the website, for statistical and research purposes, to contact you for marketing purposes if you have agreed to this, or to otherwise respond to any requests, queries or comments submitted to us by you.

 

We may contact you by any of the methods you have provided details of, i.e. email, telephone, text messages or postal mail.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data or 'special categories of data', such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political affiliations, etc. However, you may choose to share physical health information with us if this is necessary for the purpose of establishing the suitability of the property for you or a member of your party.

How do we store your personal data?

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to market our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

You (the 'data subject') have the following rights under EU data protection laws:

• the right of access to personal data relating to you

• the right to correct any mistakes in your information

• the right to ask us to stop contacting you with direct marketing

• rights in relation to automated decision making (note: we do not make any automated decisions about you so this right does not apply)
